GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
All projects are based on the initial requirements of the client, on the plans and conceptual proposals of the designer and the final decisions of the client.
All dimensions are to be taken as guidelines and not for implementation, they must also be checked and adjusted on site as needed by the relevant contractors.
All proposals of different materials, colors and models must be confirmed by the client before orders or the implementation of various works.
The client is obliged to notify the bidder of possible changes within a period of 2 weeks after each presentation or acceptance of visualization materials. After the expiration of the deadline, it is considered that the client has no objections and the bidder can complete the technical part of the project and close it, with which the client is obliged to make the final payment.
The final cost of the project, design or other services provided may differ from the original offer due to changes in size and/or scope of the project, additional customer requirements, addition of stages for changes, unforeseen circumstances or final measurements.
The client acknowledges that the designer's liability is limited to the value of the services provided and paid for. The designer is not responsible for defects in installations, construction defects, variations from product samples or non-compliance with regulations, as this responsibility rests with the customer and/or contractor.
With the advance payment, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with the bidder according to the above conditions.
KUSHTET E PËRGJITHSHME TË BIZNESIT
Të gjitha projektet bazohen në kërkesat fillestare të klientit, në planet dhe propozimet konceptuale të projektuesit dhe vendimeve finale të klientit.
Të gjitha dimensionet të merren si udhëzuese dhe jo për realizim, poashtu ato duhet të kontrollohen dhe të përshtaten në kantier sipas nevojës nga kontraktorët përkatës.
Të gjithat propozimet e materialeve, ngjyrave dhe modeleve të ndryshme të konfirmohen nga vet klienti para porosive apo zbatimit të punëve të ndryshme.
Klienti obligohet që pas çdo prezantimi apo pranimi të materialeve vizualizuese, në afat kohor prej 2 javësh ta njoftoj ofertuesin për ndryshime eventuale. Pas skadimit të afatit llogaritet që klienti nuk ka vërejtje dhe ofertuesi mund ta kompletoj pjesën teknike të projektit dhe ta përmbyll atë, me çka klienti obligohet ta bëj pagesën finale.
Kostoja përfundimtare e projektit, dizajnit apo sherbimeve tjera të ofruara mund të dalloj nga oferta fillestare për shkak të ndryshimeve në madhësi të projektit, kërkesave shtesë të klientit, shtimit të etapave për ndryshime, rrethanave të paparashikuara ose matjeve përfundimtare.
Klienti pranon se përgjegjësia e projektuesit është e kufizuar në vlerën e shërbimeve të ofruara dhe të paguara. Projektuesi nuk është përgjegjës për të metat në instalime, defekte ndërtimi, ndryshime nga mostrat e produktit ose mospërputhje me rregulloret, pasi kjo përgjegjësi i takon klientit dhe/ose kontraktorit.
Me pagesën e paradhënies klienti hyn në lidhje kontraktuale me ofertuesin sipas kushteve të mësipërme.
ОПШТИ УСЛОВИ ЗА ДЕЛОВНО РАБОТЕЊЕ
Сите проекти се базираат на првичните барања на клиентот, на плановите и идејните предлози на дизајнерот и конечните одлуки на клиентот.
Сите димензии треба да се земат како упатства, а не за имплементација, тие исто така мора да се проверат и прилагодат на лице место по потреба од релевантните изведувачи.
Сите предлози од различни материјали, бои и модели мора да бидат потврдени од страна на клиентот пред нарачки или реализација на различни работи.
Клиентот е должен да го извести понудувачот за можни промени во рок од 2 недели по секоја презентација или прифаќање на материјалите за визуелизација. По истекот на рокот се смета дека клиентот нема забелешки и понудувачот може да го заврши техничкиот дел од проектот и да го затвори, со што клиентот е должен да ја изврши конечната уплата.
Конечната цена на проектот, дизајнот или другите обезбедени услуги може да се разликува од првичната понуда поради промени во големината на проектот, дополнителни барања на клиентите, додавање на фази за промени, непредвидени околности или конечни мерења.
Клиентот признава дека одговорноста на дизајнерот е ограничена на вредноста на обезбедените и платени услуги. Проектантот не е одговорен за дефекти во инсталациите, дефекти во конструкцијата или изведбата, варијации од примероците на производи или неусогласеност со прописите, бидејќи оваа одговорност е на клиентот и/или изведувачот.
Со уплатата на авансот, клиентот стапува во договорен однос со понудувачот според горенаведените услови.
